  • Developed Finite Element From CAD Data, Trim, Refined Local Areas And Performed Analysis Setup To Meet The BIW/Door Strength Requirement For Each Of The Load-Cases Using HYPERMESH, ANSA
  • Modeled Windshield With 3 Layer Glass (Shell / Solid / Material Model) And Adhesive Modeling (Solid)
  • Undertook Analysis Using PAMCRASH
  • Debugged And Post-processed The Results Using VISUAL CRASH PAM And ANIMATOR
  • Reported Force Vs Deflection And Critical Output Data For Each Of The Load-cases Per FMVSS/ECE/OEM Regulations
  • Reported Strain Plots And Assessment (Rupture Study) Of Spot Weld Data For Critical Failure Locations
  • Suggested Counter Measures For The Above Failure Locations To Meet FMVSS/ECE/OEM Requirements
