Our Solution
- Performed Model Changes Required In The Existing Model. (Carryover Sub-Assemblies From Various Vehicles)
- To Reduce Time, INCLUDE File Concept Was Used . The Customer Model Was A Single FEA File Except For Tires Assembly
- Initially Single Master Model Was Used For Evaluation, Later Fine Tuned For Each Load Case (Front / Rear / Side / Roof)
- Multi Model Coupling Usage For Critical Sub-systems, Which Reduce The Setup Time And Total-run Time Of The Load Cases.
- Baseline FMVSS/IIHS/NCAP Studies Were Done Along With NVH/Durability Load Cases
- Counter-Measures Were Incorporated Into The Baseline Model And Performance Evaluation Was Undertaken For Crash/NVH And Durability Load Cases
