Job Description : Will be responsible for :
- Must be Lead Piping Stress Engineer in at least 2 successful projects in FEED/Detailed Design for
Offshore Oil &Gas Platform
- Having Experience Stress Analysis & supporting design of critical piping connecting to Reactors, Columns, Heaters, Exchangers, Pumps, Air coolers, vessels etc using Caesar II 5.2 software
- Having Exposure in International Standards and Codes
- Checking of pipe routings with respect to Stress and pipe support design using Navisworks
- Selection of spring hangers, expansion joints and special supports
- Preparation of Special Support Drawings
- Monitoring, Checking and auditing of stress calculations
- Checking of pipe routings with respect to Stress and pipe support design using review software
Job Specification, should be experienced in :
- Experience in preparation of piping stress procedures and specifications
- Proficiency in preparing isometric drawings with MTO and supports
- Pressure Calculations as per ASME B31.3 like pipe thickness, miter bend, RF pad
- Preparation of Material Specification, Valve & Special. Part Data Sheets
- Proficiency with study piping required for equipment & piping layouts
- Familiar with plot plan development, equipment Layouts and piping layouts
- Familiar with international design Codes like ASME, API and BS
- Knowledge of Inspection and testing procedures
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with people at various levels
- Should have experience in man-hrs estimation
