Project Background

Basic and detail engineering of 10.7 MTPA LNG export facility located in US. The facility consists of 18 integrated single MR liquefaction trains, gas pre-treatment units, two 200,000 m3 full containment LNG storage tanks, two LNG berthing docks / loadout facilities, 611 MW power island (5x2 configuration) supplemented with a 25 MW unit

Our Scope
  • Process: Preparation of Process Calculations, Line Sizing, Pump Sizing and Pressure Drop Calculations, HAZOP Review and Analysis
  • Piping: Preparation of  Pipe Design, Piping Layout, 3D Model, Pipe Isometrics, Material Specifications, Material Takeoff, Pipe Stress Analysis and Report, Pipe Tie-in Drawings
  • Civil: Design and Detailing of Roads, Drainage, Boundary Wall, Underground Trenches, Equipment Foundation and Foundations for Pipe Support
  • Structural: Design and Detailing of Pipe Support and Pipe Rack, Crossover Platforms, Equipment Skids and Ladders
  • Mechanical: Design of LNG Tank, Fuel Mixing Tank and Flare Systems. Preparation of Major Equipment, Valve and Generator Specifications Along with Packing and Shipping Details
  • Electrical: Preparation of Load List, Single Line Diagram, Motor List, Cabling Sizing and Routing, Plant Lighting Design
  • Instrumentation: Preparation of Control Loops, IO List, Tubing and Wiring, Hook Up Drawings, Junction Box Specifications
