The customer envisioned creating a data analytics tool to consolidate project management data from various source systems and create a central analytics dashboard to help make decisions based on trends. We were mandated to thoroughly understand the requirements of decision makers and empower them to access our online server and seamlessly review the status of any project and slice and dice the relevant data effortlessly. Creation of business intelligence driven configurable review dashboards and reports for fleet management was also a requirement.
