Our multidisciplinary engineering efforts were focused on the following

  • Chemical Area, Wastewater Treatment
  • Floater Area, Hopper Area

Our specific engineering activities included

  • Finalizing the Plant Layout, Equipment Location, Pipe Routing and Support Structures
  • Conducting Pipe Rack Structural Design and Analysis
  • Foundation Design for All Equipment
  • Preparation of Pipe Routing, Isometrics, Pipe Support Design and Drawings
  • Complete 3D Modeling of Ultra Pure Water Treatment Plant Including Civil and Building Modeling, Foundation, Equipment Modeling, Equipment Front Piping Around Pipe Rack
  • Generating Complete BOM and Developing Specification Sheets for Bought Out Components
  • As Built Drawings
