REQUIREMENT :
- Industrial Automation & Control Engineering requirements, Including Electrical & Control Detail Engineering
- Thorough Knowledge on using AutoCAD Electrical, E-Plan and developing Electrical Drawings with BOM.
BASIC SKILL SET:
- AutoCAD / E-Plan Support, Layouts Preparation, Control Panel Engineering.
- Developing Controls Architecture.
- Equipment / Component Selection & Evaluation
- Preparing Electrical Drawings
- Construction Of Electrical Circuit
- Details Of Sensors In Assemblies
- Electrical BOM / Details
- Preparing Flow Chart For Operation
- Construction Of Pneumatic Circuit
- Details Of Sensors In Pneumatic Plan
- Valve Bank Of BOM / Details
- Selection Of Valve Terminal Holder
- Ablauf / Functional Plan For Tool
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Basic Knowledge on PLC, HMI & SCADA Programming/ software Development.
- Complete Understanding of Automotive Bodyshop Controls including Welding, Material Handling, and other BIW processes desired.
- Understanding on Robot Controls and Linking all Equipment with Robots for Complete Line Functions
- Worked with System Integrators or involved with Installation and Commissioning of Automotive Lines.
- Debugging Hardware & Software on Site.
