Delivery Manager/ General Manager- Automotive Interior / Exteriors

Position Overview:

This role involves leading and managing a team in the design and development of automotive interior/exterior trims and plastic products. The position encompasses project planning, execution, business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working with OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team in the design and development of Automotive Interior/Exterior Trims and Automotive Plastic Products from concept design till SOP.
• Project Estimation, Planning, and Execution.
• Resource Management, Mentoring, and Monitoring.
• Customer/Account Mining and Management.
• Preparing Techno-Commercial Proposals.
• Accountability for Team Performance and Customer Satisfaction.
• Business Development: Collaborating with the sales team to identify New Business opportunities and converting them into Long-Term Engagements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in the design and development of various Automotive Plastic Products from initial concept till SOP.
• Expertise in the design of Automotive Interior/Exterior Trims.
• Experience working with OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers in the Automotive Industry.
• Strong understanding of EC/FMVS regulations and other requirements for Automotive Products.
• Proven experience in Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Resource Management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong Leadership, Management, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
