Piping Area Lead

Responsibilities:

• Development of Equipment Layout.
• Conceptualization & Piping Study. Piping Layout preparation.
• Maintain Compliance with Design Basis & project Spec.
• Ensure compliance with various ASME, API & IBR codes and standards.
• Dyke Calculation for Tank Farm.
• Planning for Utility Packages & Pump Houses.
• Piping Bulk MTO & various stages of MTO.
• Planning of Platforms for Access & Operation/Maintainability.
• Conceptual Study of UG Drain System.
• NOD.
• Knowledge of stress analysis for compressor, pumps, air coolers, piping system is preferred.
• Design & selection of pipe supports spring hanger & expansion joints.
• Perform isometrics & Piping GAD checking for critical and non-critical lines using review model and ensure support types selected in line with stress requirements.
• Coordinate with civil/structure & mechanical groups to ensure loads are being effectively communicated.
• Coordination of design with inter-discipline and vendors.
• Prepare project piping support specification & design basis.
• Review of vendor documents of equipment.
• Familiar with 3D software’s like PDMS, E3D and SP3D.
• Familiar with review software’s like Navis, SPR.
• Assisting designers in developing the layout & 3D Model as per Project requirement.
• Model checking with review software.
• Preparation CRS for various Design Comments.
