Position Description
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Schedule Controller to join our team. As a Project Schedule Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating with CEC Engineers, attending client meetings, and providing project support. Your primary role will be to ensure effective project scheduling, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with CEC Engineers to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing project schedules by incorporating inputs from the engineering team.
- Communicate project schedule updates to the CEC Engineers and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project timelines, progress, and address any schedule-related issues.
- Provide regular updates on project schedules and address client queries or concerns.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as project management, engineering, or business administration).
- Chinese and English Bilingual Skills are mandatory
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills to address schedule-related issues.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
